SHIPPING UPDATES (USA) (16th October 2025)

Thank you all for your patience during our pause on shipping orders to the USA.

We have some updates to share:

We're shipping to the USA again!

We waited to see if there was going to be any further changes regarding the US tariffs, and it looks like things have settled down (for now).

So based on this + the advice provided by our postal provider, AusPost, we have decided to reopen our shipping to the USA.

As this arrangement may evolve, we will keep you updated on any changes via our mailing list, social media, and through updating our shipping policies page on our website.

Shipping updates (everyone) (24 June 2025)

One last section about shipping updates! 

Over the next couple of months there is going to be ongoing changes to our shipping. 

1. AusPost is changing their pricing structure from July 1st, so we will need to adhere and adapt to the new pricing. We'll keep you in the loop on any changes.

2. We are updating our packaging to make everything more cost effective for both us and yourselves. So over this restock and the next restocks to come, we will be introducing new packaging. The biggest impact of this, is that we are temporarily limiting our order sizes to 60 skeins per order*. This will likely not be an issue for most people, but it's definitely something to take note of if you were wanting to make a larger order! 

Important Shipping Information

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address upon checkout. Zaddycrafts does not take responsibility for orders being wrongly delivered due to the incorrect address being provided at checkout.

If you believe there may be a mistake in the shipping address you provided, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to amend your shipping address however if your order has been processed and delivery booked before you contact us, we may be unable to redirect your order.

Delivery Costs

Domestic (within Australia)

Standard Domestic Delivery - $13.95 (flat rate) for orders up to 2kg. (20 balls of yarn). After this orders will adhere to Auspost standard pricing.

Express Domestic Delivery - At this stage we are not offering express domestic delivery.

International (outside Australia)

International postage costs vary and are automatically calculated upon checkout based on country and weight.

Delivery times

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, and we endeavour to have your order packed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours* of your order being placed.

Delivery times vary based on your location, and Zaddycrafts do not take responsibility for delivery times once parcels are handed off to our shipping partner. Please see below for a rough guideline on delivery times based on your location:

*Order packing & shipping may take longer during peak sales periods.

Tracking numbers will be provided once your item/s are shipped.

All orders placed on our website are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

We use Auspost for domestic orders and International orders.
